Common questions
Do admin accounts cost anything?
No. An admin can manage the account for free. On the Team plan, an admin who also records visits counts as a recording member.
Can I use Pro or Unlimited if I work in a practice?
Yes. Free, Pro and Unlimited each cover one person who records. Other people can have admin accounts at no cost. Choose Team if more than one person needs to record.
How do I get more hours on the Free plan?
Free gives you 10 recording hours each month. You can get 5 more by verifying an eligible provider ID, or 2.5 more by verifying that you are a nurse. Connect your EHR for another 5 hours. The extra hours renew each month, for up to 20 hours total.
What happens when I use all my recording hours?
You can finish a recording already in progress. To start another, wait until your hours reset next month or switch to a plan with more recording time.
When do plan changes take effect?
If you switch to a higher plan or add a recording member, the change starts right away. You will see the cost before you confirm. If you switch to a lower plan or remove a recording member, the change starts when your current month ends.
