  • Continue home exercise program emphasizing core stabilization and stretching
  • May advance to full duty work with proper body mechanics

Patient Education:

  • Reinforced proper lifting techniques and body mechanics for work activities
  • Demonstrated additional core strengthening exercises to add to home program
